EkoBasecentral is a stationary recirculation filtration unit designed for extraction and filtration of large amounts of air polluted by mechanical and gaseous exhaust fumes generated by the operation of various technologies in production or repair facilities. The unit is especially suitable for the extraction of mechanical particles and exhaust fumes generated during welding or various types of mechanical processing of various types of materials.

Thanks to the output of Ekobasecentral units up to 12000 m3 of air per hour, these devices are predestined for central extraction of large amounts of smoke and dust from several workplaces at the same time. Extraction of air from the place of its origin can be ensured in various ways, from pantographic arms, collecting chutes, to extraction tables. Subsequently, the exhaust air is led through a central pipe of appropriate diameter (depending on the power of the unit, number of workplaces and amount of exhaust air) directly to the filter unit, where it is gradually filtered through high-efficiency cartridge filters with efficiency up to 99.99% for particles from size 0. 1 µm, ie in the filtration class comparable to hepa filters of class H13. The number and material of the cartridge filters are selected depending on the required power of the unit and the type of work process from which the extraction is to be ensured.

At its inlet, the unit contains a primary separator, which separates the largest and heaviest particles from the extracted air. After separation, these mechanical particles fall into the lower collecting vessel, where they gradually accumulate. Removing the accumulated material and cleaning the collection container is quick and easy. The collection container can be equipped with a collection bag, which, even with the accumulated material, can be easily removed and discarded after it has been opened. The collection container itself is equipped with wheels, located in the lower part of the unit on rails, accessible by separate doors on both sides. After opening the door, it is possible to pull out the container and transport it comfortably to the place of its emptying.

To prevent the installed filters from becoming clogged quickly due to the extraction of large amounts of smoke and dust, the unit is equipped with an automatic self-cleaning mechanism of the installed filters. This guarantees a long service life, on average from 10,000 to 15,000 hours, depending on the intensity of use of the equipment and the amount and extent of exhaust air pollution. The entire operation of the unit is fully automated and is controlled by a PLC control system from Siemens. In addition, the unit is equipped with a 7´´ touch screen, thanks to which the operator has a perfect overview of the current operating status of the device or filters, as well as the possibility of a wide setting of the filter self-cleaning interval.

We produce Ekobasecentral filtration units in various output variants from 4000 - 12000 m3 / hour. The exhaust fan of the respective output can be located directly inside the unit, or outside it, either elsewhere during operation or completely outside the premises. Exhaust / filtered air is routed outside the heating period as standard (not a condition). During the heating period, on the other hand, in order to save on energy costs, the device allows the return of extracted / filtered air through the mechanism "summer - winter" back to the premises where the unit is located. The unit and the exhaust branch can also be equipped with various accessories such as silencers reducing the noise level at full operation, directional nozzles for optimal distribution of return air to the hall in winter and the like. In case of special individual requirements, the unit can be adapted.
