Exthaust - machining table with multi-stage filtration and bottom extraction

EkoWeld table is an exhaust device that is a combination of a stationary recirculation filter unit and a machining table. It is suitable for the extraction and filtration of air contaminated with mechanical and gaseous exhausts generated during various material processing processes, such as e.g. welding, grinding, cutting, etc.

Exhalates and mechanical particles are sucked downwards into the filter unit from the place of their origin, directly through the slits in the work surface. In this way, they do not get into the worker's breathing zone at all. The air trapped in this way is gradually filtered in the device and then blown back into the room. The unit basically contains three stages of filtration. The first stage, a grease filter made of Aluminium mesh, serves to capture the coarsest particles, sparks and grease and protects the unit from burning. The second stage, the M5 class prefilter, ensures the capture of larger mechanical particles, thus extending the life of the main filter. The third stage, the absolute HEPA filter in the H13 class, on the other hand, captures the finest particles, thanks to which the device achieves above-standard more than 99.9% filtration efficiency. In addition, the device can be supplemented with a pre-filter in a higher filtration class for even longer life of the main filter or a chemical filter for perfect elimination of fumes, odors, ozone and harmful components contained in the exhaust air. The set of filters, which are solved in a cassette manner for easy and quick replacement, can thus be combined according to the individual needs of the customer.

The entire table area can be used for work, as the extraction is carried out evenly under its entire space. There is a hopper under the worktop to catch large particles and dust generated during material processing. Along the entire length of the rear part of the work surface, the table has a wall with inclined collision lamellas, serving to direct the reflected particles and sparks. The sides of the table are formed by side shrink walls, which can be completely unfolded when working with longer products. The table is mounted on height-adjustable legs for possible adjustment of the working height of the table.

The performance of the table filter unit is fully adjustable, thanks to which the operator has perfect control over the suction force. Of course, there is a visual and acoustic indication of the filter life or the possibility of equipping the device with an operating time counter. If necessary, the table can be placed on swivel castors with the possibility of braking, or adapted to individual customer requirements.
