EKOZVAR3 (KOMPLET) is a welding table with an adjustable chute and a built-in recirculation filter unit with multi-stage filtration designed for suction and filtration of gaseous and mechanical exhausts generated during the welding process.

The workspace of the table is separated from the surrounding environment by an air curtain, which prevents the penetration of smoke fumes generated during welding into the space outside the welding table. The work surface allows unlimited work with the weldment in the vertical and horizontal direction. 1/3 of it consists of a steel grate. The rest of the work surface is made of reinforced steel sheet in RAL shade with the possibility of placing fastening elements (vice, etc.). Under the grate is a collection container for opals and slag after welding. The welding space itself is illuminated by a lamp built into the exhaust chute (except for the basic version of the table).

The flue gases are captured and then discharged from the workspace by means of an adjustable suction chute. From the chute, they are then led to a recirculation filter unit oriented at the bottom of the table. It is placed on rails, thanks to which it is possible to slide the unit out from under the table. The maintenance of the filter unit and the replacement of the filters is thus simple and convenient. The air discharged into the filter unit is gradually filtered and then blown back into the room. The table unit basically contains three stages of filtration. The first stage, a grease filter made of Al mesh, serves to capture sparks and grease and protects the unit from burning. The second stage, the G4 class prefilter, ensures the capture of the coarsest mechanical particles, thus extending the lifespan of the main filter. The third stage, the absolute HEPA filter in the H13 class, on the other hand, captures the finest particles, thanks to which the device achieves above-standard more than 99.9% filtration efficiency. In addition, the unit can be supplemented with a pre-filter in a higher filtration class for even longer life of the main filter or with chemical filters for perfect elimination of fumes, odors, ozone and harmful components contained in the exhaust air. The set of filters, which are solved in a cassette manner for easy and quick replacement, can be combined according to the individual needs of the customer.

The performance of the table filter unit is fully adjustable, thanks to which the operator of the device has perfect control over the suction force. Of course, there is a visual and acoustic indication of the filter lifespan or the possibility of equipping the table unit with an operating time counter. The advantage of the extraction table in the version with a filter unit is that it is not necessary to supply it to the air conditioning system, nor to make any construction modifications in connection with its commissioning.

In addition to the version with recirculation filter unit (EKOZVAR 3 KOMPLET), the EKOZVAR3 welding table is also produced in the following versions:

EKOZVAR3 BASE - design without filter unit and exhaust fan, connected directly to the piping or to the air conditioning system, which are already equipped with an exhaust fan. The suction chute in this type of table is without lighting.

EKOZVAR3 WITH EXHAUST - design without filter unit, equipped with a duct exhaust fan ensuring the extraction of smoke products. Unlike the basic type, this type of table has its own extraction with its own fan. This type of table is suitable for connection to shorter suction branches.
